Following the revision of the model for Observations (see issues 695 and 696) and the revision of E13 (see issues 672 and 700), the SIG can now address the remaining items from issue 602 related to the harmonization of CRMinf with CRMsci (and CRMtext).

Please review the HW by Martin about the harmonization of CRMinf with CRMsci, CRMbase and CRMtex (issue 721).
The HW in question *ONLY* concerns the text additions under the following sections:
- Argumentation and Proposition Sets (pp. 18-19)
- Observation and Inference Making (p. 21)
- Belief Adoption Concepts (pp. 23-24).
