3 - Changes in the CIDOC CRM model

In the 50th joint meeting of the CIDOC CRM SIG and SO/TC46/SC4/WG9; 43nd FRBR – CIDOC CRM Harmonization meeting, the SIG decided to follow the advice of the library community and switch to the ISO 3-character language codes for the examples of E6 Language.
Also change the references: rather citing grammars/grammatical descriptions of the languages used as an example, ISO 693-2 (Codes arranged alphabetically by alpha-3) should be referenced.
