In the 57th CIDOC CRM & 50th FRBR/LRMoo SIG Meeting, upon rteviewing the scope note or P38 deassigned (see issue 630), the SIG resolved to start a new issuw where to propose a new example for P38 deassigned instantiating the property that is about referencing a deprecated identifier in a gazetteer.
