CM Principles Word [Introduction text]

It is the first part of the document "Principles for Modelling Ontologies: A Short Reference Guide" that according to the decisions of the 52nd CIDOC-CRM/45th FRBRoo SIG meeting was to be made into  a separate document that would be linked to examples highlighting the processes mentioned there. The document appears here in two versions --v0.2 overrides v0.1
