Background: 

The temporality of Right has two explanations:

  1. Right is a Conceptual Object, which is created at some time. 
    It has a validity, which is a temporal entity, with distinct dates
  2. The "right" someone holds is in itself a state, i.e. a subclass of Temporal Entity.
Old Proposal: 

may be it was decided (leave Right as it is, period of validity is a separate entity).

Outcome: 

In the 43rd joint meeting of the CIDOC CRM SIG and ISO/TC46/SC4/WG9; 36th FRBR - CIDOC CRM Harmonization meeting, the crm-sig decided to merge the discussions took place in the issues issues 172, 330, 343, 335 in the CRMsoc forming  a new issue(421).
